Dabyne Planning has acted as principal planning consultant throughout the project, leading the initial capability investigations and rezoning before developing the concept plan and securing staged approvals. The project also involved coordinating ecological, archaeological, civil and traffic consultants, with planning outcomes addressing infrastructure, open space, environmental offsets, creek rehabilitation and Aboriginal heritage.
