Established in 2007, Dabyne Planning is a town and environmental planning consultancy based in Jindabyne, servicing clients across South-East NSW. With particular expertise across the Alpine, Monaro and South Coast regions, the consultancy works across complex planning projects in alpine, rural, urban environments.
Led by qualified town planner Ivan Pasalich, Dabyne Planning brings more than 25 years of experience across the public and private sectors. Dabyne Planning is led by Principal Planner Ivan Pasalich, a qualified town planner and Corporate Member of the Planning Institute of Australia.
Ivan has more than 25 years of experience across the public and private sectors. Since establishing Dabyne Planning in 2007, he has provided planning services throughout South-East NSW, including the Kosciuszko Alpine Resorts.
He has extensive experience in subdivision development, having successfully delivered more than 100 rural, residential, industrial and tourism subdivisions throughout the region.
Before establishing Dabyne Planning, Ivan held roles with the NSW Department of Planning, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and seven Sydney and regional NSW councils. This experience across state and local government provides a strong understanding of how planning policies are developed and how developments are assessed against them.
