Overview
An expansion of the school’s High Country Campus providing staff and student accommodation to support its Winter School program, long-stay residential terms and holiday camps.
Our Role:
Dabyne Planning undertook detailed site analysis to identify suitable locations for modular buildings while minimising bushfire risk and impacts on native vegetation. The team prepared the Development Application documentation and considered connections to existing infrastructure, consistent with the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct Master Plan and Snowy River LEP.
