Overview
A staged multi-dwelling development comprising 34 architecturally designed townhouses fronting Lake Jindabyne.
Our Role:
Dabyne Planning worked with Brother Nature to develop a staged approval pathway, coordinating specialist ecology and heritage teams and securing critical Snowy Hydro support for works within and adjacent to lake foreshore land. The project progressed through Concept and Stage 1 Development Application approvals.
